What You Get With Your Registration Fees

Early Registrants receive a really nice garment with the Event Logo & Tejas Trails logo on it, along with a fresh design. It won’t be smothered in logos, and will be something you’ll want to wear around town or for a workout.

  • We try our best to mix it up for event, but we will have one of the following choices: tank top, sleeveless, short sleeve, long sleeve, lightweight hoodie, heavyweight hoodie, jacket, microfleece, fleece, tech workout, soft tri-blend, or bamboo garment.

Late Registrants receive a non-size specific item of equal (or close to the same) value as the early reg item (13.1m - 100m distances only).

  • This could be a really nice hat, visor, beanie, water bottle, bag, towel, arm warmers, neck gaiter, travel mug, or something similar.

Every runner is allowed to swap for the other item if there are any left over after about 11:00am (for morning start times) & 10:00pm (for evening start times) on Race Day (this does not include Late Reg Short Distance).

Every runner is allowed to take as much as they want from the Aid Stations.

  • If you are new to trail running or Tejas Trails, the aid stations are very different from other types of events.

  • You can see the Aid Station link on every event page to get more details on what to expect on that topic.

Racing Bib & Timing Chip used for realtime results, and as a safety mechanism so we know who is on course and safely off course.

Every finisher gets a really amazing medal for distances less than 100km. Every finisher of a 100km or 100 miler receives an incredibly cool belt buckle.

Overall Awards for Tejas Trails races are really special.

  • Park Entrance Fees

    • These are all unique to each event.

    • These fees have nothing to do with Tejas Trails.

    • Some locations allow us to collect this fee on our online registration site. If you don't see that section clearly detailed out on our registration system, know you'll have to pay this per person or per vehicle amount upon entering each race venue.

    • Spectators most always have to pay onsite. Please forewarn them so they aren’t taken off guard. Sometimes the venue charges per vehicle, other times per person. We always try to detail this out on the event page but ultimately we don’t have control over this.

  • Camping Fees

    • These are all unique to each event.

    • These fees have nothing to do with Tejas Trails.

    • We only collect these fees on our online system for Rocky Raccoon 100 and Rocky 50. Make sure to read the Camping & Lodging sections on each event page. Some event venues allow us to reserve an entire area conveniently placed near the Race Hub. For those you can pay us and find the best spot, first come, first serve. For other events, you'll have to work out your sleeping arrangements with the park or nearby lodging facility. Each event page has some useful info on local lodging possibilities.
